I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The decor was exquisite and the iconic history of the property added a unique charm to my stay. However, my nights were marred by noise disturbances from nearby clubs, which made it difficult to sleep. The service I received varied significantly; while some staff were fantastic, others seemed indifferent. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs to address some of these key issues.

Rooms

The rooms had a unique blend of modern luxury and historical charm, though I found mine a bit cramped for my liking. The amenities included a 55-inch 4K flat-screen TV and a Nespresso coffee machine, which were nice touches.
Service

Service was a mixed bag — some staff were excellent, but I encountered a few who seemed disinterested. While I was eventually offered a refund for my issues, it was disappointing to have to follow up rather than have it addressed proactively.

I had an incredible stay at Ivey's Hotel! The atmosphere was unique and sophisticated, and the staff truly embodied Southern hospitality - their attentiveness made my experience special. The location is perfect for exploring the city, making it easy to access local attractions. The only downside was that while the service was exemplary, I wish the breakfast had a few more options to match the rest of my stay's excellence.
